Here is several of our rough cuts which have all led towards the final cut of our music video. We decided to export the music video at numerous stages, to show the natural progression of our editing, especially as the video itself is built on short, sharp cuts. Any advice or feedback we have received at each cut has also been listed below.

The narrative makes sense and shows a clear storyline, but needs to flow better and to be finished.
Perhaps revise the opening sequence of titles, the movement introducing the artist and the fonts of text.
Reduce the amount of shots from a side profile.





POSITIVE FEEDBACK:
Good camera movement
Nice link between performance and narrative
Nice water movement - slow-mo
Lead singer is good and clothing matches genre conventions well
Good pan at the beginning
Slow motion looks very professional
Good time-lapse
Fade to black looks really professional
Really good variety of shots
Focus pull is really good of feet
Liked the crunching of paper
Nice studio location
Love the multiple scenes of water
Love the fire effect
Love the seashore scene
Good use of camera angles
Very effective shots - especially the drums
CRITICAL FEEDBACK:
Drummer slightly out of time
Have more close-ups of the instruments
Have more band performance
Shorter band shots needed
Close up shot at the end could be made shorter
Change the font of "White Water"
Don't use too many zooms
Not sure if I like the font at the beginning
I think more close-ups of the instruments
